100% recording and analysing of the printed image is required. It takes
exact recording of the image data of the complete print design in order
to establish a control algorithm for optimal impressing setting.
The line camera is an ideal tool for full image analysis. Depending
upon printing width, several individual cameras are positioned in cascade
arrangement. In this way, printed image analysis can be adjusted to
the specific substrate being printed. EASY-SET is therefore able to
reliably establish the correct impression settings for paper, film
(including transparent, reflecting and metalized products) as well
as aluminum foils.
