EASY-SET excels with easy intuitive operation. One-button and touch-screen technology make EASY-SET an easy to handle as well as operator and analysing error tolerant
system. The impression setting process, once started, allows the operator to take care
of other makeready tasks.

EASY-SET is fully integrated into the drive technology and plate cylinder and anilox
roll positioning system of the color decks as well as into the PROCONTROL operator concept of the W&H central impression flexo press. A separate EASY screen guarantees good visual access to all functions.

The EASY-SET line camera is also used for EASY-REG, W&H's fully automatic register setting system, as well as for 100% print defect detection. Line camera and operator concept represent a well matched and cost-effective multiple-use concept for all inspection and control processes of the central impression flexo press.
